1) Copyright
DeShowroom reserves the rights to upload the photos online as portfolio or showcase.
2) Creative License, Coverage & Reproduction
Photos are allowed to be published on other sites, printing, magazines, articles or advertisement.
3) Photo selection
Photo selection is to be made within 14days after the link is given.
After 14days, the photographer will be making the selection on the client’s behalf.
4) Booking & Cancellation
Any cancellation of shoot on the day of shooting will result in a $50 surcharge as cancellation fee.
Cancellation of more than 24hours before will not have any penalty incurred.
5) Payment
Credits are to be bought before the confirmation of the photoshoot.
No photoshoot is to be occurred before the payment of credits purchase.
6) Revisions
We may change these terms from time to time and so you should check these terms regularly.
Your continued use of our website will be deemed acceptance of the updated or amended terms.

When are payment made?
Payment are made after the credit purchase.
Are the photos edited upon selection phase?
All photos will be colour adjusted when handed to you for selection
Can i use the photos for magazines, marketing or printing?
Definitely. We would love you to do it. It would be nice if you can let us know so we can keep it as our portfolio too!
Are there an expiry on the credits?
Credits will expire in 1 year upon purchase. Every credit topup will reset.
How many photos per shoot?
Since we are using the credit system, there is a minimum usage of 2 credits per shoot. Each credit is 8 photos so 2 credits will be 16 photos.
What if I need more than 16 photos?
Credits will be deducted accordingly for every 8 photos after the first 16.
If there are insufficient credits, we will let you know and inform you to top up the balance.
How long in advance should the booking be made?
Ideally at least 1 week in advance.
You will be given a calendar link to check what are the available free dates.
What if I want to postpone the shoot?
If the postpone is informed more than 24hrs in advance, there will be no charge.
For any shoot that is cancelled on the same day will incurred a penalty of $50
Do you provide props & styling for the photoshoot?
Not at the moment but IDs are welcomed to stage with their own props.
Also do take note, please come 1-2 hours prior to the shoot to style up if you intend to do some styling.
2 hours will be allocated to the photographer and will be there only for the shooting part.
How long will the editing take?
The editing will take no more than 10 days.
How long will each photoshoot take?
Not more than 1.5hours but we will keep a 2hours block for every photoshoot.
Unless for special cases such as landed properties, then more time will be allocated.
We will not extend time for the photographer while waiting for the house to be styled.
Does my designer need to go down to the home?
The photographer can handle on his own so coming down is optional.
Do also drop a text for any specific design / area / shots that needs to be focused on.
EG: The walk-in wardrobe has a special compartment inside, please take a photo of that.
